§

506. Newspaper or other vending machines; delivery tubes

(a) Newspaper or

other vending machines may be allowed within the highway right-of-way subject

to the requirements of 19 V.S.A. § 1111.

(b) The copy

permitted on newspaper delivery tubes shall be limited to identification

markings that do not occupy a space of more than six square inches. (Added

1993, No. 121 (Adj. Sess.), § 14.)
