Motor Vehicle Offenses

SECTION 31-27-8



   § 31-27-8  Commercial vehicles –

Penalty for excessive hours of driving. –

Any person, or the officers of any corporation, company, or association, who

shall violate any provision of §§ 31-27-5 – 31-27-7, shall be

fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned not more than

sixty (60) days, or both.
