      STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 311B.040(8),

311B.050(1), (2), 311B.120(9)

      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 311B.040(8)

and 311B.120(9) require the Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy to

promulgate administrative regulations to compensate a member of the board

engaged in the discharge of official duties at scheduled or called meetings of

the board.

KRS 311B.050(1) and (2) require the board to promulgate administrative regulations

to administer and enforce KRS Chapter 311B. This administrative regulation

establishes the requirements for compensation of board members.

 

      Section 1. (1) Members of the board shall

receive compensation of $100 per diem for

each day they actually spend in the discharge of their official duties.

      (2) The reimbursement to board members for

actual and necessary expenses shall be in accordance with state law and the standards

applicable to state employees pursuant to KRS 44.060, KRS 45.101, and 200 KAR 2:006.
