§

379. Exchanges between manufacturers

Nothing in this

chapter shall be construed to restrict or impair sales or exchanges of

fertilizers to each other by importers, manufacturers, or manipulators who mix

fertilizer materials for sale, or to prevent the free and unrestricted

shipments of fertilizer to manufacturers or manipulators who have registered

their brands as required by provisions of this chapter. (Added 1985, No. 126
