COAL INDUSTRY
The Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 68(4) of the Coal Industry Act 1994(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1995.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Coal Industry Act 1994.

Provision coming into force on 31st January 1995

2.  Section 24 of the Act shall come into force on 31st January 1995.
