The Police (Common Police Services) (Scotland) Revocation Order 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 36(5) and 48(3) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation in accordance with section 36(5) of that Act with such bodies or associations as appear to him to be representative of police authorities, hereby makes the following Order:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Police (Common Police Services) (Scotland) Revocation Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

2.  The Police (Common Police Services) (Scotland) Order 1993(2) is hereby revoked.
