Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 9 of the Carriage by Air Act 1961(1), section 5(1) of the Carriage by Air (Supplementary Provisions) Act 1962(2), section 8 of the Tokyo Convention Act 1967(3), section 108 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(4) and section 39 of the Aviation Security Act 1982(5), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Isle of Man) (Revocation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 22nd June 1995.

2.  The Orders specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Orders in Council listed in the Schedule, which extended to the Isle of Man, subject to exceptions and modifications, various Acts of Parliament relating to civil aviation, now repealed and replaced by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and the Aviation Security Act 1982. They have been superseded by legislation made by virtue of the Airports and Civil Aviation Act 1987 (an Act of Tynwald).
