The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 7) Order 1995

In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 172(2) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994(1), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 7) Order 1995.
2. Section 19 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (extension of kinds of secure accommodation for certain young persons) shall come into force on 30th May 1995.

Explanatory Note
