CRIMINAL JUSTICE (CLASSES A, B AND C DRUGS) REGULATIONS, 2000

(SECTION 14(5)) [Commencement 29th December, 2000]

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Classes A, B and C Drugs) Regulations, 2000.

2. Class A, Class B and Class C drugs for the purpose of subsection (4) of section 14 of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act are those respec- tively listed in Parts I, II and III of the Schedule to these Regulations.

SCHEDULE (Regulations 2) PART I

CLASS A DRUGS 1. The following substances and products, namely —

(a) ACETORPHINE ALFENTANIL ALLYLPRODINE ALPHACETYLMETHADOL ALPHAMEPRODINE ALPHAMETHADOL ALPHAPRODINE ANILERIDINE BENZETHIDINE BENZYLMORPHINE (3-Benzylmorphine) BETACETYLMETHADOL BETAMEPRODINE BETAMETHADOL BETAPRODINE BEZITRAMIDE BUFOTENINE
