REFERENDUM ACT

(CHAPTER 1)

REFERENDUM (PRESCRffiED QUESTIONS AND BALLOT PAPER) REGULATIONS, 2012

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A and 5(2) of the Referendum Act, makes the following Regulations-

1. Citation.

These Regulations may be cited as the Referendum (Prescribed Questions and Ballot Paper) Regulations, 2012.

2. Question and form of ballot paper.

For the purposes of section 3A(2) the question and form of the ballot paper to be set out in the Order to be made by the Governor-General for the purposes of the referendum to be conducted on 28 Janua1y, 2013 shall be in the following form

"REFERENDUM (PRESCRIBED QUESTIONS AND BALLOT PAPER) ORDER,2012

(regulation 2)

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 2 of the Referendum (Prescribed Questions and Ballot Paper) Regulations, 2012 the Governor- General makes the following Order -

I. This Order may be cited as the Referendum (Question and Ballot Paper) Order, 2012 .

The question to be asked in the Referendum to be conducted on 28 January, 2012 shall be as follows-

3. The Ballot paper to be used for the purposes of the Referendum to be conducted on 28 January, 2013 shall be in Forn1 K of the Second Schedule to the Referendum Regulations, 2012.
