THE BANKS AND TRUST COMPANIES REGULATION

(REVOCATION OF LICENCE) (HEATH BANK & TRUST LIMITED) ORDER, 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (i) of subsection

(1)(a) of section 18 of the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, 2000,

the Governor of the Central Bank of The Bahamas makes the following

Order -

1. Citation.

This Order may be cited as the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation

(Revocation of Licence) (Heath Bank & Trust Limited) Order, 2015.

2. Revocation of Licence.

The licence to carry on banking and trust business granted on the 24th

day of February, 2000 to Barrington Bank International Limited (now

called “Heath Bank & Trust Limited”), and amended from time to

time, is hereby revoked.
