PROHIBITION OF THE IMPORTATION OF PLANTS ORDER
(SECTION 5) [Commencement 23rd September, 1971]
1. This Order may be cited as the Prohibition of the Importation of Plants Order.
2. The importation into the Bahama Islands from any of the countries specified in the Schedule to this Order of all varieties of citrus fruits, mangoes, avocados, fresh vegetables and all fruits with soft pericarp (excluding bananas and plantains) is hereby absolutely prohibited.
