LOCAL GOVERNMENT (TOWN AREAS AND TOWN COMMITTEE MEMBERS) (AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE) ORDER, 2014

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 (I) and 6 (3) ofthe Local Government Act, makes the following Order-

1. Citation.

This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Town Areas and Town Committee Members) (Amendment to Schedule) Order, 2014.

2. Amendment to Schedule to S. I. 108 of 2013. The Schedule to the Local Government (Town Areas and Town Committee Members) Order, 2013, is amended by the deletion of the words «Polling Divisions 7 & 15" in Item 10 and the substitution therefor of the words "Polling Divisions 7 & 8".
