ACT To appropriate amounts of money for the requirements of the State in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2002.
B E IT ENACTED by the Parliament o f the Republic of South Africa, as follows:- Appropriation of amounts of money for requirements of State
1. Subject to the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), there are hereby appropriated out of the National Revenue Fund for the 5 requirements of the State in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2002, the amounts of money as set out in column I of the Schedule under the heading “Vote”.
Short title
2. This Act is called the Appropriation Act, 2001
