ACT To provide for the award of certain pension benefits.
E IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as B ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ : - - Award of certain pension benefits
1. There shall be paid to the person mentioned in the Schedule the pension benefits mentioned therein. 5
Short title
2. This Act shall be called the Pensions Second (Supplementary) Act, 2003.

SCHEDULE
There shall be paid from the National Revenue Fund to Mercia Botha a monthly pension of R2 353.48 per month, with effect from 1 December 2002.
