2.  For the purposes of section 3(2) of the Act, the prescribed qualification of an authorised analyst is a tertiary qualification in biology, microbiology, chemistry, toxicology, biotechnology, food technology, food science, nutrition, horticulture, veterinary medicine or such other science as may be approved by the Minister.
