TOBACCO CONTROL ACT 2008, APPOINTMENT OF
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
The public is hereby advised that all Ministry of Health
permanent employees have now been appointed enforcement
officers for the Tobacco Control Act 2008, pursuant to the
powers of appointment vested in the Chief Executive Officer
under Part VI, Section 32(1) of the Tobacco Control Act 2008.
When required in the exercise of their duties as enforcement
officers, the Ministry of Health employee identification shall
serve as evidence of identity.
