EXCLUDING THE BAGUIO TOWNSITE RESERVATION SITUATION IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR HOUSING PROJECT PURPOSES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the Baguio Townsite Reservation, situated in the City of Baguio, certain portions of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for housing project purposes under the administration of the City Government of Baguio, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portions of land are more particularly described as follows:
