MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 329

AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 320 DATED FEBRUARY 23, 1970 CREATING A SPECIAL ACTION UNIT IN THIS OFFICE TO ATTEND TO THE PROBLEMS AND/OR COMPLAINTS OF THE PEOPLE.

Memorandum Circular No. 320 dated February 23, 1970, referred to above is hereby amended so as to place the Special Action Unit under the over-all supervision of the Assistant Executive Secretary for Administrative Affairs with PARGO Deputy Chief and Officer-in-Charge Quirico P. Evangelista as his Action Officer.

The Special Action Unit is hereby empowered to call upon any department, bureau, office and other instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations for any assistance of information it may need in the accomplishment of its mission.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
