MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 346

CREATING A TASK FORCE FOR ANTI-CARNAPING CAMPAIGN

There is hereby created a Task Force to be composed of anti-carnaping specialists from the different government agencies involved in anti-carnaping drive. The Task Force shall be organized by the Chief of Constabulary and shall be under his direct supervision and control. It shall be composed of representatives from the following departments and offices:

The Philippine Constabulary

Police Commission

The Land Transportation Commission

The Department of Justice

National Bureau of Investigation

Representative (s) of Police

Departments, Greater Manila Area

The PES-DND Computer Center

All heads of national and local government offices shall extend their fullest support and cooperation and are enjoined to authorized the detail of personnel/equipment from their respective offices to the Task Force.

The Chief of Constabulary is directed to submit a report on compliance within a week from the date of this Memorandum Circular.
