PROCLAMATION NO. 688

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 455 DATED SEPTEMBER 17, 1965 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CITY HOSPITAL SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY, AND RESERVING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND AN ADJACENT PARCEL OF LAND FOR ADDITIONAL CITY HIGH SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 455 dated September 17, 1965, which established the city hospital site reservation situated in the City of Iloilo, Island of Panay, and reserve the land embraced therein identified as Lot 1051-B (New Lot II) and an adjacent parcel of land identified as Lot No. 1, as shown in the attached sketch plan, for additional city high school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which parcels are more particularly described as follows to wit:

Lot I

A parcel of land (Lot I, being a portion of Fort San Pedro Park; and shown on the attached Sketch Plan), situated in Fort San Pedro Park, City of Iloilo. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by proposed NACIDA Site and along line 2-3, by proposed Land Transportation- Site; on the SW., along lines 3—4-5, by Fort San Pedro Drive, and along line 5-6, by Sto. Bosario St.; on the NW., along lines 6-7-8-9, by Private Lot; on the NE., along line 9-10, by Road (Exit); and on the SE. along line 10-1, by Proposed NACIDA SITE, beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan, being S. 66 deg. 46 min. E., 1,003.00 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Iloilo Cad.;

thence S. 01 deg. 18 min. W., 13.62 meters to point 2;

thence S. 57 deg. 18 min. W., 27.60 meters to point 3;

thence N. 62 deg. 05 min. W., 27.40 meters to point 4:

thence N. 38 deg. 51 min. W., 51.19 meters to point 5;

thence N. 32 deg. 36 min. W., 57.19 meters to point 6;

thence N. 62 deg. 49 min. W, 99.00 meters to point 7;

thence N. 7 deg. 33 min. W., 14.01 meters to point 8;

thence N. 79 deg. 24 min. E., 6.14 meters to point 9;

thence S. 32 deg. 39 min. E., 101.26 meters to point 10;

thence S. 43 deg. 01 min. W., 59.52 meters to the point of

beginning; containing an approximate area of twelve thousand one hundred twenty eight (12,128) square meters.

Lot II

(Formerly Lot 105-B)

A parcel of land (Lot II, being a portion of Fort San Pedro Park and shown on the attached Sketch Plan), situated in Fort San Pedro Park, City of Iloilo. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by Proposed Road; on the SW., along line 2-3, by Road (Exit); and on the NW. and NE., along lines 3-4-1, by Proposed Road. Beginning1 at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan, being S. 77 deg. 45 min. E., 122,371 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Iloilo Cadastre,

thence S, 31 deg. 21 min. W., 202.00 meters to point 2;

thence N. 32 deg. 39 min. W., 151.00 meters to point 3;

thence N. 34 deg. 55 min. E., 134.13 meters to point 4;

thence S. 59 deg. 39 min. E., 127.40 meters to the point of

beginning; containing an approximate area of twenty-two thousand eight hundred forty-five (22,845) square meters.

NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change based on future surveys.
