CONSTITUTING A NEGOTIATING PANEL FOR THE U.S. AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT-PHILIPPINE THIRD RURAL ELECTRIFICATION LOAN.

A Negotiating Panel for the U.S. AID-Philippine Third Rural Electrification Loan designated as A.I.D. Loan No, 492-T-036 involving an amount not exceeding US$20 million is hereby constituted to be composed as follows:
