MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 973

AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONVENTION-SEMINAR OF THE GOVERNMENT LEGAL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (GLOAP).

The Government Legal Officers Association of. the Philippines (GLOAP) will hold its convention-seminar and induction of officers in Cebu City on April 16, 1977, on the theme: “The Legal Officers for the Progress of the New Society.”

All heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send not more than two (2) of their Legal Officers, who are members of the Association, to the convention on official time, but no expenditure of whatever nature of government funds in connection therewith shall be authorized.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
