MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1136

AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1127 DATED FEBRUARY 23, 1979 CREATING AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE PREPARATION AND ARRANGEMENT FOR THE HOLDING OF THE TWELFTH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK TO BE HELD IN MANILA ON MAY 2 TO 4, 1979, TO INCLUDE A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC INFORMATION IN THE COMMITTEE.

Memorandum Circular No. 1127 of this Office dated February 23, 1979 creating an Executive Committee to assist in the preparation and arrangement for the holding of the 12th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank to be held in Manila on May 2 to 4, 1979 composed of representatives from the different government agencies specified therein, is hereby amended to include a Representative of the Minister of Public Information as Member of the Committee.
