MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1249

AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1247 AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE FIRST NATIONAL SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 820 creating a National Committee to initiate and conduct the first National Seminar-Workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation for effective program aid project implementation, all concerned agencies, ministries, and other instrumentalities of government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby directed to take part in the said national seminar-workshop to be held on November 24-27, 1982.

The attendance of government representatives on official time is authorized. Authority is hereby given to all delegates to pay the seminar fee in the amount of ₱1, 200 per delegate, chargeable against the funds of their ministries or offices. All payments should be addressed to the “SECRETARIAT, FNSW – M&E” and be made not later than 15 November 1982.

The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a complete report on their attendance or participation in the seminar. Each participating agency shall be responsible for disseminating the conference outputs to their respective regional offices, in coordination with the Presidential Management Staff and the Presidential Regional Monitoring Officer (PREMO).
