PROCLAMATION NO. 2480
WITHDRAWING FROM MARIKINA WATERSHED RESERVATION AND RESERVING FOR RESETTLEMENT PURPOSES CERTAIN PORTIONS OF SAID RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ANTIPOLO, IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE METROPOLITAN WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM IN COOPERATION WITH THE APPROPRIATE AGENCIES.
Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby reserve for resettlement purposes under the administration of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, in coordination with the Ministry of Agrarian Reform, Ministry of Human Settlements and other appropriate government agencies, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future classification and survey certain parcels of land more particularly described as follows:
A. SAN ISIDRO VALLEY
A parcel of land being a portion of the Marikina Watershed, IN-12, and more particularly known as the San Ysiro Valley situated in the Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the North and Northwest, along lines 8-9-1-2-3-4; on the East, along lines 4-5-6-7; and on the South, along lines 7-8, by portion of the Marikina Watershed, IN-12. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N 12º17’W, 1474.07 m. to point “2”;
Thence N 2º45’E, 758.82 m. to point “3”;
Thence N 20º14’E, 4673.56 m. to point “4”;
Thence S 0º37’W, 4063.70 m. to point “5”;
Thence S 40º02’E, 1952.23 m. to point “6”;
Thence S 16º15’E, 732.28 m. to point “7”;
Thence S 52º29’W, 3230.64 m. to point “8”;
Thence N 48º59’W, 1118.05 m. to point “9”;

beginning. Containing an area of Fifteen Million Seventy One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty One (15,071,451) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points “1”, “2”, “3”, “4” and “6”, peaks of Mts. Campana, Cauacaua, Sumarapsap, Masarat and Tinucan respectively; points “5” and “7”, peaks of Pinaglintikan Hill and Bobo Hill, respectively; point “8”, rock; and point “9”, atranca. B. PARCEL I
A parcel of land (being a portion of the Marikina Watershed, IN-12) situated in the Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the West and North, along lines 1-2-3 by portion of Marikina Watershed, IN- 12; on the East, alone lines 3-4, by barrio Sta. Ines, Tanay, Rizal; on the South, along lines 4-1, by San Ysiro Valley. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the sketch plan, being N 5º04’W, 5518.35 m. to point “2”;
Thence N 87º14’E, 2064.37 m. to point “3”;
Thence S 25º01’E, 1675.00 m. to point “4”;
Thence S 29º14’W, 4673.56 m. to point of
beginning. Containing an area of Eight Million Eight Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two (8,867,922) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: Points “1” and “4”, peaks of Mts. Sumarapsap and Masarat, respectively; points “2” and “3” stakes. Point “4” is equivalent to corner 30 of Marikina Watershed, IN-12. Bearings true, date of original survey March 1-July 1, 1909 and that the preparation of the sketch plan is March 15, 1983.
C. PARCEL II
A parcel of land (being a portion of the Marikina Watershed, IN-12) situated in the Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the West and Southwest, along lines 1-2-3-4, by San Ysiro Valley; on the East, along lines 4-5-6-1 by the barrios of Tinucan and Cayabu, Tanay Rizal. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N 16º15’W, 732.28 m. to point “2”.

Thence N 0º37’E, 4063.70 m. to point “4”;
Thence S 10º59’E, 3059.28 m. to point “5”;
Thence S 29º25’E, 1078.12 m. to point “6”;

beginning. Containing an area of Three Million Six Hundred One Thousand Nine Hundred Three (3,601,903) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points “1”, “4” “5” and “6” are equivalent to corners, 30, 29 and 28 of Marikina Watershed, IN-12. D. PARCEL III
A parcel of land (being a portion of the Marikina Watershed, IN-12) situated in the Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the East and Southeast, along lines 1-2-3-4, by Mts. Salilid and Kanumay; on the South, along lines 4-5, by Foremost Farms; on the Southwest and West, along lines 5-6-7-8, by portion of Marikina Watershed, IN-12; and on the North along lines 8-9-1, by San Ysiro Valley. Beginning at a point marked “1” on sketch plan being S 7º30’E, 558.41 m. to point “2”;

Thence S 45º44’W, 1587.48 m. to point “4”;
Thence N 78º47’W, 232.10 m. to point “6”;
Thence N 20º03’E, 470.93 m. to point “7”;

Salilid, respectively; points “4” and “5” old points of Foremost Farms; points “6”, intersections; points “7” and “8”, stakes; point “9”, rock. E. PARCEL IV
A parcel of land (being a portion of the Marikina Watershed IN-12) situated in the Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the East, along lines 10-11, by Parcel II; along lines 11-12-1-2, by San Ysiro Valley; on the Southeast, along lines 2-3, by Parcel III; on the Southwest, West and Northwest, along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 by portion of the Marikina Watersheds, IN-12. Beginning at a point marked “1” on sketch plan being S 0º46’E, 1,218.46 m. to point “2”;

Thence N 27º31’W, 1,926.61 m. to point “4”;
Thence N 23º20’W, 2,179.90 m. to point “5”;
Thence N 19º13’W, 2,658.14 m. to point “6”;
