MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 104

DIRECTING COMPLIANCE WITH ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 9, DATED SEPTEMBER 11, 1992, BY ALL DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, OFFICES, AGENCIES, AND INSTRUMENTALITIES OF THE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS

To effectively implement Administrative Order No. 9, dated September 11, 1992, creating an ad–hoc Committee on the Disposition of the Idle Properties of the Philippine Government located in the Philippines, all departments, bureaus, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities of the Government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby directed to submit to the Office of the Executive Secretary (Office of the President Proper), within ninety (90) days hereof, a list of all real properties owned/occupied/administered/leased/etc. by them in the Philippines, together with (1) a summary on the legal/actual status of each property; (2) copies of the land titles, contracts /agreements, and laws/orders relevant to each property; and (3) specific recommendation on the disposition of each property.

Strict compliance herewith is hereby enjoined.
