MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 87

AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 44TH PSAE ANNUAL

NATIONAL CONVENTION IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

ON APRIL 26-28, 1994

The Philippine Society of Agricultural Engineers (PSAE) will hold its 44th Annual National Convention in Cagayan de Oro City on April 26-28, 1994. It aims to discuss issues and problems confronting the agricultural engineering profession and to highlight the presentation of technical papers concerning agricultural engineering practices and opportunities for agro-industrialization in the context of Philippines 2000.

The participation of national and local government officials and employees who are PSAE members is hereby authorized on official time only, provided there will be no disruption of normal office activities/services in their respective agencies by reason thereof.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a complete report on their attendance or participation in the convention. Likewise, the organizers are requested to submit to this Office a general report and evaluation of the convention, including a list of participants from the government including their respective offices, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission.
