BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 160-A

AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 160 ENTITLED, “CREATING THE NATIONAL ORGANIZING COMMISSION FOR THE 1996 ASIA-PACIFIC ECONOMIC COOPERATION (APEC) MEETINGS AND PRESCRIBING ITS AUTHORITY AND FUNCTIONS”

Section 1 (Organization). The following shall be included as additional members of the National Organizing Commission:

1. Secretary of the Department of Finance

2. Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas

Sec. 2 (Executive Committee). The three private sector representatives of the APEC-EC shall be appointed by the President.

Sec. 3. This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.

DONE in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 13th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-four.
