RESERVING FOR HOUSING PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND
SITUATED IN SAN ROQUE, TANGOS, NAVOTAS, METRO MANILA.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement, and reserve for the Zonal Improvement Program (ZIP) under the administration of the National Housing Authority, subject to future survey and private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in San Roque, Tangos, Navotas, Metro Manila, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

The technical description and area covered by this proclamation are subject to change upon approval of the actual ground survey.
