PROCLAMATION NO. 105

DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 7, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Friday, May 7, 1999, marks the 59th Charter Anniversary of the City of San Pablo under Commonwealth Act No. 520; and

WHEREAS, it is proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, May 7, 1999, as a special day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of MAY, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety nine.
