RESERVING FOR BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE PLAZA A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN MUNICIPALITY OF LUPON, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for multi-purpose plaza site purposes of Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, under the Administration of the Interior and Local Government, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land known as Lot 71, Ccs-11-000612, a portion of Lots 173 and 174, Gss-11-059, situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NW., N., and NE., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Lot 164 (Road) Ccs-11-000612; on the E., along line 6-7 by National Highway (60.00 m. wide); on the S., along line 7-1 by Lot 70; along line 1–2 by Lot 69, all of Ccs-11-000612; and on the W., along line 2–3 by existing road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 43° 52′ W., 9347.95 m. B.L.L.M. No. 1, Cad-353-D, thence:

All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by BL cylindrical concrete monuments 15 x 40 cm. Bearings true; date of original survey, February 9 to April 30, 1989. Date of Subdivision Survey: December 12 to 23, 1994 by Geodetic Engineer Alberto C. Paig and approved on April 25, 1995.
