MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 63
AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE TO THE 41ST FOUNDATION DAY AND ALUMNI CONVENTION AND HOMECOMING FELLOWSHIP OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE COLLEGE OF THE PHILIPPINES
The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) will celebrate its 41st Foundation Day Anniversary and Alumni Convention and Homecoming on August 11 to 13, 2004 at the NDCP Honor Hall and NDCP Auditorium. The theme for this year’s celebration is ‘The NDCP: Bridging Leaders into Future’.
The NDCP Symposium and Convention will be a good opportunity for the alumni to enhance their expertise in governance and decision-making.
In this connection, alumni of NDCP who are working in the government sector are authorized to attend, on official time, the 41st Foundation Anniversary and Alumni Convention and Homecoming to be held on August from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the NDCP Honor Hall and a Symposium to be held on same date from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the NDCP Auditorium.
