RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BAGUINGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BAGUINGE, MUNICIPALITY OF KIANGAN, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Baguinge Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, certain parcels of land of the public domain located in Barangay Baguinge, Municipality of Kiangan, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, containing an aggregate area of Six Thousand Forty One (6,041) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1, Swo-2-06-000109) situated in Barangay Baguinge, Municipality of Kiangan, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., and SW., along line 1-2 by the property of Emiliano, Bohol and along line 2-3 by a Catholic Church; on the W., and NW., along lines 3-4-5-6 by a provincial road 10 meters wide; on the N., NE., and E., along lines 6-7-1 also by provincial road 10 meters wide.
Beginning at a point marked “1” of the plan being N. 18 deg. 02′ E. 1938.15 m. from BLLM No. 2, Kiangan, Ifugao, thence:

Bounded on the W., along line, 1-2 by the property claimed by Jose Bucaue and Alexander Dulawan; on the N., and NE., along line 2-3 by the property claimed by Saturnino Melicio and along line 3-4 by the property of Rafael Guinid, on the E., and SE., along line 4-5 also by the property of. Rafael Guinid; on the S., along lines 5-6-7-1 by a provincial road 10 meters wide.
