CREATING AND DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT CAPITOL COMPLEX, CADLAN, PILI, CAMARINES SUR, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 (An Act Amending Republic Act 7916, otherwise known as the ”Special Economic Zone Act of 1995”) and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, it Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 dated 20 September 2004 and Resolution No. 05-055 dated 04 March 2005, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Capitol Complex, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur, as Information Technology Park, consisting of Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen (58,214.00) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot H-2-C, of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-278269, approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot H-2, described on plan (LRC) Psd-107284, LRC Record No. 19719), situated in the Barrio of Cadlan, Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon.
