RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT TUBURAN, MAWAB, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO FOR MILITARY, TRAINING SITE AND CAMP SITES PURPOSES OF THE 701ST INFANTRY (KAUGNAY) BRIGADE, PHILIPPINE ARMY

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for Military, Training and Camp sites purposes of the 701st Infantry (Kaugnay) Brigade, Philippine Army, under the administration of the Department of National Defense, subject to future ground survey and private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain containing a total land area of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY TWO (457,462) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Tuburan, Mawab, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao, which parcels are more particularly described as follows:
