PROCLAMATION NO. 1143

CREATING AND DESIGNATING THREE PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BIÑANG, BIÑAN, LAGUNA, AS INCLUSIONS TO THE EXISTING LAGUNA TECHNOPARK I SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 06-259 dated 13 June 2006, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority three (3) parcels of land with an aggregate area of 2.4375 hectares, located at Barangay Biñang, Biñan, Laguna, for inclusion to the existing Laguna Technopark I Special Economic Zone (LTI I-SEZ), as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Lot 3, Block 4

A parcel of land (Lot 3, Block 4 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-04-005875, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 2716, 2717, Biñan Estate, 2710-A, 2710-B, 2710-J, Psd-04-026379, 2710-I-1, 2710-I-2, 2710-I-3, Psd-04-038037, Lots 1-7, Pcs-04-003945 and Lots 1-6, Pcs-04-003956, LRC Record No. 8374), situated in Barrio of Biñang, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 2; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 11 (Easement); on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 4, all of Block 4; and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Road Lot 6 (20.00 m. wide); all of the consolidation-subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 06 deg. 27’E., 1567.84 m. from Mon. No. 23, Biñan Estate;

Lot 6, Psd-04005875 (20.00 m. wide).
