[REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9469]

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BANGUI SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANGUI, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE TO BANGUI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Renaming of School. — The name of Bangui School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Bangui, Province of Ilocos Norte is hereby changed to Bangui Institute of Technology.

SEC 2. Repealing Clause. — All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

SEC 3. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its approval and after its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
