PROCLAMATION NO.1310
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 103 DATED 23 NOVEMBER 1992, ENTITLED “RESERVING FOR WATER PUMPING SITE PURPOSES OF THE NABUNTURAN WATER DISTRICT CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
The third paragraph of Proclamation No. 103 dated 23 November 1992 is hereby amended to correct the area coverage of Lot No. 5511-A, Csd-11-009937-D, as stated therein, from “TWO THOUSAND FIFTY (250) SQUARE METERS” TO “TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) SQUARE METERS.“
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
