PROCLAMATION NO. 1567

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS ST. FRANCIS IT CENTER WHICH STANDS ON THREE PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT ARANETA STREET, SINGCANG, BACOLOD CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippines Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building as Information Technology Center, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Board Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 05-341 dated 29 September 2005, and Resolution No. 06-257 dated 13 June 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, to be known as St. Francis Information Technology Centre located at Araneta Street, Singcang, Bacolod City, which stands on three (3) parcels of land of the private domain with an aggregate area of Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Eight (3,238) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
