RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BINCUNGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND PIPISAN MAUG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BINCUNGAN, CITY OF TAGUM, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of Bincungan Elementary School and Pipisan Maug National High School under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows to wit:

These lots were surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations on April 7, 2005 by Geodetic Engineer Macario D. Palen and was approved on June 2, 2005.
The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
