PROCLAMATION NO. 1934

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS ROBINSONS CYBERGATE CEBU LOCATED AT DON GIL GARCIA STREET, BARANGAY CAPITOL SITE, CEBU CITY, ISLAND OF CEBU, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-312 dated 26 June 2008 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Robinsons Cybergate Cebu as an Information Technology Center with a gross floor area of 26,806 square meters which stands on a Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Two (4,772) Square Meters Lot, more or less, located at Don Gil Garcia Street, Barangay Capitol Site, Cebu City, as defined by the following technical description:

“Lot 1, Pcs-07-002145

TCT No. 155238

A parcel of land (Lot 1, of the consolidation-subdivision plan, Pcs-07-002145, being a portion of Lot 2-A, Psd-07-018768, Lot 2, Pcs-07-002047 and Lot 522-A-2-A, Psd-07-018767), situated in the Barrio of Capitol, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Road; on the SW., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Don Mariano Cui Street, on the NW., along line 5-6 by Lot 2 (Road Lot), Pcs-07-002145 and along lines 6-7-8-9 by Llorente Street and on the NE., along lines 9-10-11-1 by Don Gil Garcia Street.

Beginning at a point marked ‘1’ on plan, being N. 55 deg. 25′ E., 475.68 m. from Monument C, Banilad Estate.

Rabaño, August 10, 1989, and was approved on December 8, 1989.”

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.
