PROCLAMATION NO. 1996

DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN

WHEREAS, Friday, February 12, 2010, marks the 12th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Kidapawan full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare February 12, 2010 as a non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 12, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 10th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
