PROCLAMATION NO. 2013
PROPOSED PROCLAMATION CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS ONE CORPORATE CENTER WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ALONG MERALCO AVENUE CORNER JULIA VARGAS AVENUE, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 09-127 dated 27 March 2009 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the One Corporate Centre as an Information Technology Center which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain located along Meralco Avenue corner Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with an area of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Three (2,883) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot as described on plan Rel-00-001401, being a relocation of Lot 2, Pcs-00-010937, L.R.C. Record No. 699, 875 & 917), situated in the Barangay of San Antonio, City of Pasig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Road Lot, (LRC) PCS-13123 (Jade Drive); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 4, Block 13-A, (LRC) Pcs-13123; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Road Lot 7, (LRC) Psd-105493 (Julia Vargas Avenue); and along lines 5 to 13 by Lot 3-B, (LRC) Psd-218943; and on the SW., & SE., along lines 13-14-1 by Lot 1, Pcs-00-010937.
