PROCLAMATION NO. 2033

DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 5, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, Monday, April 5, 2010, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, April 5, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Pangasinan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 31st day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
