PROCLAMATION NO. 2064

PROPOSED PROCLAMATION CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS EPLDT VENTUS JUPITER BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON AN 11,864 SQUARE METER LOT LOCATED AT NICANOR GARCIA STREET CORNER JUPITER STREET, BARANGAY BEL-AIR, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-668 dated 12 December 2008 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the ePLDT Ventus Jupiter Building as an Information Technology Center which was established on a lot located at Nicanor Garcia Street, corner Jupiter Street, Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City, containing an area of Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Four (11,864) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

“Lot 1-A-1, (LRA) Psd-372973

TCT No. 218667

A parcel of land (Lot 1-A-1 of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-372973 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 1-A (LRC) Psd-33388, LRC Rec. No. 2029), situated in the Barrio of , City of Makati, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 2, (LRC) Psd-22854; on the SE., points 4 to 1 by Reposo St. 13.00 m. wide. (St. Lot 1, (LRC) Psd-6108); on the SW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 1-A-2 of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., points 2 to 3 by South Cemetery, Psu-21585 City of Manila.

Beginning at a point marked ‘1’ on plan, being S. 69 deg. 32′ W., 1755.24 m. from BLLM No. of Makati City.

Mons. 15 x 60 cm. bearings true, dec. ‘1.0 deg. 37’ E., date of original survey, December 10, 1923-January 9, 1924 and that of the subdivision survey, executed by Raymund M. Dangla, Geodetic Engineer on January 12, 2002.”
