PROCLAMATION NO. 14

DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 20, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LUCENA

WHEREAS, Friday, August 20, 2010, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Lucena;

WHREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lucena, given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THERFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III,  do herby declare Friday, August 20, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lucena.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 16 day of August, in the of year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
