PROCLAMATION NO. 34

DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Friday, September 17, 2010, marks the 58th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur, the opportunity to participate in this meaningful event, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 17, 2010 as a non-working holiday.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by the authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, September 17, 2010, as special (non-working) holiday in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
