PROCLAMATION NO. 91

DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 10, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, January 5 to 10, 2011 marks the 71st Foundation Anniversary & Hinugyaw Festival in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, January 10, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
