PROCLAMATION NO. 93

DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 17, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PAGADIAN CITY

WHEREAS, thhe City of Pagadian celebrated its annual fiesta on January 8-17, 2011 dubbed as the “Pasalamat Festival 2011”;

WHEREAS, the Office of the City Mayor requested that Monday, January 17, 2011 be declared as special non-working day in the City of Pagadian;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian, be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, January 17, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
